These are interesting and well-taken points. And I think if participants read it and "put it into practice," it will help to make our overall program better than ever before.

With regard to "committing to the entire activity time frame," will this eliminate the need to ask for volunteers for a follow-up survey, and simply follow up with everyone?

This is great - certainly a strong statement about how seriously we take our mission (and how seriously clinician's should take theirs). Now don't laugh - this has budget implications (an invite redesign and extra panel at least, the Content Ombudsman role), so we'll need to plan in advance before we start to roll with it...what's stopping us from developing this branding now?

I think these lists will supplement the already existing CME and Disclosure Information. But as Michele says, they will require more space on the printed pieces.
